  1. Your literature indicates that 300 mg daily are safe up to 6 weeks. I have chosen the 1500 mg and taking as indicated up to 20 drops twice a day. Does this mean I need to stop? I’ve been taking this amount since I started and it’s been a few months. Is this impacting my health? I feel much better (fibromyalgia, dystonia and all over chronic pain.) but this does concern me, if I am over medicating. Should I scale back?

    1. The article was talking about taking 300 mg a day, that is allot more then average. The average amount is 20-30 mg twice a day which you are taking 30 mg twice a day. Sounds like you are getting what you need if you are feeling much better. The studies on CBD is still new and everyone processes CBD differently. So far the only effects we have heard from taking too much is just being tired. For example we had one customer who was taking about 80 mg a day and scaled back to 60 mg a day because he was getting too relaxed. Adjustments can be made as you feel needed for your body. I personally have been taking 40 mg for a year and a half for inflammton and have no more pain from inflammation.
